North Augusta
The below photos were taken during two separate walks, three years apart in the Brick Pond Park/Hammonds Ferry area of North Augusta, a regular destination of mine for walking and exercise. There are a nice assortment of trees, wildlife and even restaurants to be found in this scenic area of North Augusta. What makes it most special though is how much greenery and walking paths are here, to include its connection to the North Augusta greeneway. Hammonds Ferry itself has some of the most beautiful homes I’ve seen in the U.S., especially in their category of architecture, and there are restaurants one can walk to from their front door within this neighborhood; this is something I wish many more suburban neighborhoods in America offered.
